An
important element of InfoTechE¡¯s strategy for sustainability
is to be a partner in
initiatives that foster economic, environmental, social and
educational development.
We believe that by active participation in local, regional and
international initiatives,
we can improve the quality of life in the communities and countries
where we operate.
At the corporate level, InfoTechE is involved in a number of
international projects,
providing resources and funding. In several of these, InfoTechE
both launched the
initiative and manages the project. Of particular importance
is InfoTechE¡¯s
¡°Access to Electricity¡± project, launched in late 2001, which
aims to make a
contribution in bringing a sustainable supply of electricity
to the estimated two billion
people living without electricity in the world InfoTechE
collaborates with many
associations worldwide in pursuing common efforts in the field
of sustainability.
